This is Dr. Brady, with a few words of wisdom.
The season of giving is upon us. There are people bustling and rushing about, trying to find the perfect gifts for those most important to them. Now read the words of the great American actor, John Wayne:
"Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. It comes into us at midnight very clean. It's perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we've learned something from yesterday."
As the holiday season appears on the horizon, let us take time to reflect on the magical gift of each new day. Let us take the opportunity to be charitable and generous with our love, acceptance, respect and understanding. Let us not take lightly that the wisdom we have gleaned from yesterday holds the shining promise of a better tomorrow. It is, indeed, the hope of the dawning New Year.
With something to think about, this is Dr. Brady. Make it a great day . or not . the choice is yours.

Tune into HCTV-Channel 14 this week for the latest edition of Hunterdon Healthwatch.
"Holiday Stress" features an in-depth conversation with Al Bassetti, Director of Emergency Services for Hunterdon Behavioral Health. The program offers excellent advice for dealing with the stressful aspects of this busy season.
You can view "Holiday Stress" on the following dates and times this week:
Wednesday, December 3rd - 9:00 AM
Thursday, December 4th - 7:00 PM
Friday, December 5th - 11:00 AM
